Description

Original Crumb Cut is the unadulterated Burley we use as a base for all of our "Crumb Cut Burley" blends. If you've smoked "Stubb's Pipe", "Deluxe Crumb Cut", "Quint's Own" or "Cap'n Boomer's" then you've been introduced to this fine Burley to a degree already.

O.C.C. Is not always available, as we use it extensively in our blends, but from time to time we will make it available when we have an excess. It's a wonderfully cool, sweet Burley cased and cured via traditional methods with no top-note added. Just Burley...Great straight or as a base for your own blends!

    I’ve recently been getting into Burley, which I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy. Original Crumb Cut is a perfect place to start. I also really like Deluxe Crumb Cut, which has some light toppings added, but this one is terrific in its simplicity—a very pure, satisfying smoke. Packs and lights easily, has a great mouthfeel, doesn’t bite, and gives a lot of sweet and nutty flavor. —Friendly Piper

    Won't take a light

    First of all, this is a good tasting burley tobacco. In fact there's nothing wrong with the tobacco or the casing at all. Ironically, the problem is with the cut. Watch City goes to great lengths to differentiate their Crumb Cut from Cube Cut tobacco, specifying that it lights easier and burns better. I have found this harder to light than all the cube cut tobaccos in my cellar!

    Excellent! To me it taste like a exact replica of LLRR . This is what ,in my mind burley taste like .
