Samuel Gawith Squadron Leader 50g Tin

In some ways this blend reminds me of the Peterson Early Morning Pipe and in someway to the Pesse Canoe Latakia 20 that I enjoy so much. In my opinion it has the perfect proportion of the Latakia leaf in the blend with the very floral & mildly spicy Turkish oriental leaf. Either way it is very balanced & tasty mild English blend.

Tip shelf tobacco that are a very mild English blend. Nothing is overwhelming, nothing sticks out. Just a smooth tobacco for the smoker looking to venture into Latikia blends.

A classic English. Well balanced. Mild but flavorful. What else is there to say.

Excellent quality tobacco. The packaging is superb. Fine ribbon leaf. Great tin note. Burns well. It has an English quality to it.

This tobacco is an excellent mild to medium English. The Latakia never overwhelms the other component tobaccos. I just wish the nicotine was greater than mild+. Can be an all day smoke. Burns well and leaves no moisture in the heel.

This is my go to English blend. Not too heavy, not too light, just right.
