Watch City's Simply Red (Bulk by the Ounce)

This shit is so goddamned good.

This is probably the best loose tobacco Virginia I have smoked in 60+ years of pipe smoking. I normally smoke Virginia flakes. This tobacco is smooth and delivers Virginia flavor with no bite and no heavy flavoring additives. I will buy more.

If you like Simply Red and Ernies prepared Perique - give WCC New Dominon a go too. Just outstanding.

I have been smoking my eight ounce bag like mad because I totally dig a red Virginia. Can't say it's overly complex but for early evening smoke this is simply divine. If you love a semi sweet Virginia then put this on your short list.

Simply Red is my new favorite blend, I don’t know what it is that makes it great but it certainly is great. I hope anybody on the fence about grabbing this pulls the trigger and does by some because you won’t be disappointed.

Wow, this is a home run blend for me! 5 stars for the blend and Watch City's service. Woodsy earthy flavors with subtle sweetness you expect in a good red VA. The moisture level came perfect to immediately pack a bowl and light up. Nice slow burn, no rough edges, burns to a fine grey ash. Nirvana in a pipe! Way to go Ernie!!!

Update: This is really a great all-day smoke. Better than most other Virginias that I have tried but not as good as the old 5100 but close. Would also make a great blending tobacco. Great mild to medium tobacco with no tongue bite. Will buy again. It is probably the best there is for sale today since 5100 no longer exists. Make more please.
