Old Dominion is a simple yet complex tasting "Crumble Flake" (A mixture of cut leaf with some whole leaf added, pressed and sliced thick) of red, matured and bright Virginia varieties with a dose of Perique. Pressed for two weeks to bring out the natural sweetness.

This flake is a delicious one that wont need to be bolstered up by darks or kentuckys like some Ive had. Nice smokey smooth deep enough and rich enough to stand on its own. I like to draw a parallel that's relatable when I smoke a new one..This one is like gaslight to me with out the Lat. Enjoy crumbled and dried after a brief soak in the jar. Good depth is found..with a creamy waft.. Thx!

Watch city old dominion is a very good smoke and aesthetically beautiful I was looking for something closely resembling low country atalaya with its pungent funky perique. This was very very close. The Virginia and perique mix together beautifully with the jar smell being a little stronger on the perique. It was as close to perfect moisture level for smoking as it could possibly be. The crumble cake cut is amazing it takes very little rubbing to be smoke ready . The sweat tangy Virginia was there although not the forefront. The funky almost cheesy spice of the perique was slightly more out front. I really enjoyed this tobacco and will be ordering a pound to keep in hand in the very near future. 4/5 rating 10/10 would recommend to other pipers
