Description

It took us years to find a cut of Burley that had the right balance of flavor and burn quality . Too often even the best quality ribbon burns too hot, and cube-cut tends to not burn at all. This is presented in what we call a crumb-cut- a rough style hallfway between a flake and a cube cut. It burns cool and, with our special Burley mellowing process, smokes sweet, earthy and nutty to the bottom of the bowl. A measure of Green River Black is added for touch of natural caramel like flavor.

    At the beginning of my first smoke of this, I thought "whatever, kinda nostalgic but whatever". Then, as I got further into the bowl, that changed to " this is fantastic!" To me, this is what I wanted all of the OTC "old codger" burley blends to be, but they never were. The burley is out front and it is unusually great. The flavors support it perfectly. Burns nicely, packs easily, zero tongue bite, I ended up smoking the initial 2 oz I bought steadily while ignoring my usual, regular tobaccos. I just placed a large order for more for good reason, this is a great tobacco. You guys at Watch City made me happy with this tobacco and I highly recommend it.

    Wonderful tobacco ! An aromatic that smokes and smells great. Smokes cool all the way. I won’t guess what the toppings are, but they are definitely there. Fair price and good service from Watch City.

    I am not a regular aro smoker, but this is not your regular aro. Exceptionally smooth with an alluring flavor. I would highly recommend this blend.

    Straightforward Burley goodness, with a splash of caramel-y goodness. Not much to say really. Smooth, mild, and maybe even creamy, it makes a great decision anytime you decide to have a bowl. Also works brilliantly as a blender. Mix it 50/50 with a good VaPer for a rocking good time.

    I am not a fan of Aro's but this is the exception. This has become my morning blend. Paired with a cup of coffee, this is beyond a shadow of a dought the best aromatic on the market.

    This blend is sweet without being cloying, aromatic-like room note without tasting like one. Perfect after dinner smoke, but the mild smoke makes it a good all day choice as well. Burns down to the bottom leaving little moisture.

    Outstanding blend! A nutty oatmeal cookie comes to mind when smoking. This is the best burley aromatic I’ve ever smoked. I ordered this on a whim and I hopefully won’t be without it in the future. I can’t wait to try more blends from Watch City. On my next order. I will be trying a few more of their Burley mixes.
